Preparation before using sandblasting machine

Open the air source and power supply of the shot blasting machine, and turn on the power switch on the electrical box. Set the pressure of compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve as needed to be between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa. When selecting a suitable sandblasting machine bin to add sand, be sure to participate slowly to avoid blockage.

To stop using the sandblasting machine, it is necessary to cut off the power and air supply of the sandblasting machine.

Check for any abnormalities in various parts, and frequently check if the pipeline connections are secure.

Do not throw any items other than the designated abrasive into the workspace to avoid affecting the circulation of the abrasive.

The surface of the processed workpiece should be dry.

Attention: Do not start compressed air when the spray gun is not fixed or not grasped!
